Thai nationals require a visa to enter the United States of America and the application has to be completed in English on line using the special 'Pin' system. This will also include making an appointment date for an interview.
Tourist
The type of visa is the Non-Immigrant (NIV)
including tourist (B-2). As with most countries you need to show and
prove a reason to return to Thailand
Marriage
An United States citizen needs to obtain permission from their Embassy and the Thai authorities to
marry in Thailand, an appointment is required to obtain this
permission
Spouse or fiancé for permanent residence
The type of visa is the Immigrant (IV)
with two categories spouse (K-3) or fiancé (K-1). The process for the
'K' applications has to start in the USA usually by the sponsor who is
already a US citizen. You should allow around 8 months for this process

If we all agree to proceed we ask for a deposit based on the type of visa. We list what you need to do and what supportive documents to provide and we start building the portfolio. A number of further meetings may take place with either or both of you until the portfolio in our opinion is completed. Final meeting and balance payable. Our fees from 18,000 Baht (an exact figure will be given to you at the first meeting) | from 19,000 |
