Please note that it is not always easy to obtain a visa, it will depend on both parties ability to satisfy the requirements of their particular country
We therefore always discuss (usually at a meeting) the particular circumstances of the person/couple and advise on the likelihood of satisfying the requirements. IF WE DO NOT CONSIDER THAT YOU CAN MEET THEM WE WILL ADVISE ACCORDINGLY. This is one reason why we have such a good record for our clients obtaining visas
Unless both parties are local to our office it is essential that you have access to Email as we will use this method to communicate
Remember we have English first language staff - many do not! and above all check their prices and what is included. Some Bangkok agencies start at 70,000 to 100,000 Baht PLUS Government fees
Official fees quoted and forms change regularly, please check with us for updates
Another reason for our success is that we ask you to tell the truth from the beginning, remember we are in Thailand and have no doubt heard all the stories before so YOU ARE GOING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY if you do not and then your application is turned down for not telling the truth
Sorry to be so formal on this page but we are dealing with ever increasing requirements by governments, any slight lapse (could be omitting a driving misdemeanour) will see the application refused, so honesty is really the best solution

09 June 2010
Compulsory English language tests will be introduced for non-European migrants applying to come to the UK to join or marry their settled partner, the UK government announced today.
From autumn 2010, they will need to demonstrate a basic command of English which allows them to cope with everyday life before they are granted a visa.
The new rules will apply to anyone applying as the husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner, same-sex partner, fiance(e) or prospective civil partner of a UK citizen or a person settled in this country. They will be compulsory for people applying from within the UK as well as visa applicants from overseas.
Home Secretary Theresa May said - we are still trying to obtain clarification on the exact date and method of testing - watch for updates to this site
