Who are we

We are Kevin & Mod and we have been through the complete process from obtaining a visa (with help from Lloyd) several years ago. We then got married in the UK and Mod later obtained her Indefinite stay visa. Then in 2009 Mod applied for and obtained British citizenship and her passport. We also have a daughter born in the UK. So we perhaps know some of the pitfalls.

Where are we

We are based in North Wales, it is not full time as we have other jobs to do and a bouncing daughter to look after so the best time to ring is in the evenings or weekend, you can send an email or a text

What does our service cost

We make a nominal charge of £50, this covers our expenses and means you can ring us for advice, call by arrangement HOWEVER if you are applying for a Settlement visa this first years membership is included.

Some Questions

What languages do you speak
As you would expect Mod speaks Thai and I speak English!

I do not live near an office
No problem, to start with we use the internet and telephone for most of our communication

I am still not convinced and afraid of getting poor advice
Yes it is good to be cautious in this market but you will need to spend some money on a telephone call. Perhaps by speaking to us it will help allay some of your fears

Finally please remember what we always say - We would like the whole truth from you at the beginning, we will not advocate telling any lies on the application and we in turn will be completely honest with you.
