| Q. Why do I need
an agency to do my visa
|
A. The short answer
is you do not, most countries have web sites with the forms
available for you to download. In fact there is no reason why
you cannot do it yourself - BUT, unfortunately they do not
always tell you what you really need to show in the application,
you will in most cases require a good command of the language
(usually English), a computer and a lot of time and
patience. So why not look and judge for yourself before
committing to an agency and remember that a large number get
refused with the added expense of resubmitting if it is even
worth it |

a refusal can you still help |
A. We may be able to
but we must see the refusal letter first, it may be a simple
mistake but lets check it out for you - FREE |
| Q. I have used an
agency before but they have not given me my papers back and said
there is no refusal document |
A. This is really a
big problem - Before you use an agency ask
if they will return all your portfolio papers and also do you
get copies of what you and your partner are signing. Many
clients do not know what they were supposed to have said, makes
life difficult for a re-submission. We give everything back to
our clients |
| Q. I have used an
agency before and end up talking and repeating myself to several
people |
A. If you use our
services then you will be dealing with the same team members
throughout the process, this will one of our Thai team who
speaks English and one of our English native speakers, the only
change may be over holidays but the person who takes over will
have all the details. |
| Q. I have heard that
in some cases you can pay extra and get a visa |
A. Perhaps so but
not if you use us. We start with a statement that by telling us
the TRUTH including all the problems (which we no doubt have
heard before) your final application will end with the TRUTH
and, remember the most important matter to consider is that you
may not be allowed to apply again for up to 10 years! - If you

Q. Agency costs vary
so much, how do I know what I should be paying |
A. There are
literally hundreds of organisations offering a similar service
and it is a free market. We believe that ours are fair, however
we also advertise our charges (on this site) and if we both
agree to work together we put it in writing and keep to it (for
a year). We do not mislead you and come back for more. The only
costs over which we have no control are the official ones so we
tell you what those are when you start but be prepared for
increases and sometimes decreases (currency fluctuation) many
times a year |
| Q. Some agencies
advertise that they are approved by the various governments -
are you |
A. No. Many countries
do not require approved agents e.g. UK, Schengen, USA etc, whilst others
e.g. Canada, New Zealand require them to be registered in the
home country |
Q. Do you guarantee
'no fee-no visa' |
A. Firstly the
decision to grant a visa is not ours, it is the Entry Clearance
Officer for the country concerned. Many guarantees are often not
worth the paper they are written on.

record as a result of our initial FREE evaluation |
| Q. I do not live near
an office |
A. No problem to
start with, we use the internet for most of our communication,
we will still need to meet your Thai partner (face to face is
always good anyway), this will normally be at Jomtien, Pattaya
or by arrangement in Bangkok |
| Q. What languages do
you speak |
A. In all offices we
have Thai and English native speakers |
I am still not convinced and afraid of getting
poor advice
Yes, it is good to be cautious in this market but you will need to spend
some money on a telephone call. However you can email us or fill the
short questionnaire. We will need to see any refusal document if you have
one
Why are we different?
Well its simple really - you know your costs to start with - you
will also have had an Assessment (free) and if in our opinion we do not
think your case is strong enough we tell you and, finally our Policy -
We would like the whole truth from you at the beginning, We will not
advocate telling any lies in your application and we will be completely
honest with you.

No visa application will be submitted to the relevant government body until Lloyds Co Ltd are satisfied that all required documentation and information has been
obtained failure to provide this and upon the client still wishing to submit then the balance becomes due with no refund

The final balance plus any further extras agreed mutually becomes due prior to application being submitted on line or by handwritten option if allowed

Subject to number one condition above should the application be refused on grounds which do not include fraud, misrepresentation or failing at interview stage by lack of knowledge then the following refunds will be allowed:
a)
Full refund of our visa fee balance excluding deposit and extras if any paid subject to (c) below OR
b)
If both parties agree that there is additional information that may substantially change the application a new application will be prepared
free of charge the client paying for the government fees and any extras
c)
Refunds will be made within three working days of request in writing naming the recipient if in cash or to a bank account by transfer less bank charges

On visa applications which require a medical or TB certificate which results in a fail and the full deposit having been paid then subject to this test
being carried out within two weeks of receipt of deposit a refund of 7,000 will be paid as per (3c)

On visa applications that require a language test which results in a fail and the full deposit having been paid then subject to the test being taken
within four weeks of receipt of deposit a refund of 5,000 will be paid as per (3c)

All documents returned by the government will remain the property of the client and no personal papers will be held by Lloyds Co Ltd

Confidentiality of information received extends to non disclosure of this information to the other party in the application unless this will
in the opinion of Lloyds Co Ltd materially effect the application whereby Lloyds Co Ltd reserve the right to disclose this information or
cancel the contract with no refund

This contract and our fess are valid for one year. Should the application not be submitted within this time period, the delay not being the
responsibility of Lloyds Co. then we reserve the right to terminate the contract, retaining the deposit and submitting a claim for further time
and expenses incurred
