A little bit about our beginnings

We originally started the business in 2001 as a Dating Agency with offices in Bangkok and North Wales (UK). However with the advent of 'social websites and chat rooms' the demand for the dating side reduced so we ceased this operation in 2007.

It had not gone unnoticed that we had achieved a 100% success rate in obtaining visas for our clients and we were getting more couples, who had met through other means, coming to us for advice. As a result we opened a new office in Soi Immigration Jomtien, this is 50 metres from the Chonburi Immigration offices and later the UK government opened a Consulate next door to us.

Other services were offered due to demand and the Thai team provide a lot of assistance for those foreigners already in Thailand

When the UKBA agency introduced compulsory English testing in November 2010 we were one of the first to be approved through our sister company English Test Centres to carry this out. Indeed most of the larger visa companies in Pattaya used our services as they trusted us. In April 2011 the UKBA cancelled all contracts and gave them to just a few UK colleges. At the moment therefore the test is in a state of limbo.

In May 2011 we opened a further office in Pattaya thereby saving clients from negotiating the 'roads' to Jomtien!

Because we have so much experience plus the knowledge of Tony (worked for UKBA for 40 years) we are getting many people coming to us who have been refused a visa and we are now getting them one.

 

Our Structure

We are somewhat different to most of out competitors and indeed most Thai companies. Lloyd the founder has set up the operation based on old fashioned business principals whereby honesty and the truth is foremost. The Team are expected to question any decision, to apologise (Kor Tor Krup) if we do or say something wrong,  refund if we make a mistake without hesitation and above all to say we do not have the answer but will find out. They have embraced this philosophy which is somewhat different to Thai ways, status also does not feature in our operation.

When we receive an enquiry for a visa whether it be from Thailand or another country we have a 'panel' (in Thailand) who look at the situation and then based upon the truth and known facts give the best advice they can. Some in our opinion will not be successful and we will explain this and perhaps how to overcome the problem legally, we will not take them on at this stage. Whatever happens however, this service is FREE and the client can just walk away.  

Finally a free share scheme open to all our Team is available so that several are now shareholders in the company they are working in and soon to be Directors. The obvious advantage is that everyone has the company and therefore the clients interests foremost particularly as we do very little advertising and rely on recommendations.
